Thanks to everyone who came out to the Bottom of the Hill last night for Death of a Party’s big CD release show. Big thanks to Boyskout and The Holy Kiss for playing too.

This Tuesday, April 19th you can officially find our first release, The Shame of the Sweet, in a record shop near you. If your local record store doesn’t have it, they’re obviously lame but they can order the CD from the fine folks at Revolver distribution. Or you can just buy it straight from us – go the releases page if you want to buy the CD through the website. Also, if you are a press or radio type and would like a copy of the CD for review, please drop us a line.

During the next month, Death of a Party will be keeping busy by playing shows with the Lovemakers, the Mall and the Vanishing. Check out the shows page for all the details.

In other label news, Postcoitus has finished their album and we’re just putting the finishing touches on everything. It’s looking like the album will come out in June.
